    SIMI is a resource to industry. It is a recognized forum of learning for senior managers who want to vitalize their companies through developing business leadership competence.

    Impact through executive education
    SIMI builds leaders through intensive learning processes. We aim at direct impact on the participants’ own organizations and long term impact on the participants’ leadership and management competencies. Our key success criterion is the degree to which the SIMI alumnus is capable of acting differently as a business leader, i.e. having a stronger impact on his or her business environment.

    To reach this goal the SIMI programs combine practical, theoretical, and behavioral tools in its offerings.

    • Participants with diverse functional backgrounds work in small teams on confidential home company assignments prepared for implementation.
    • Peer groups work across organizations on new trends and best practice for the specific industry.
    • Individuals learn about themselves as team players and business leaders and engage in a structured development process to unfold their potential.
