Stephan Skare Nielsen is Business Development Manager in Copenhagen Capacity’s cleantech unit, which supporting foreign companies that want to locate activities in the Copenhagen region, find partners for business development or invest in Danish cleantech entrepreneurs. His primary focus is to provide international clients and stakeholders with our full range of services.Stephan holds a Master of Science in Innovation and Business Development (MSc.MIB) and a Bachelor of Science in International Business (BSc.IB) from Copenhagen Business School. During this period he studied at the University of Southern California (USC) at undergraduate level and at Simon Fraser University (SFU) in Vancouver at MBA level.

From 2005 to 2008 Stephan held the position of Mega Responsible at Future Navigator, which is a Danish innovation and futurist consultancy. He has worked on projects in both the private and public sectors in areas such as retail, media, mobile, airplane, knowledge management, and energy. The clientbase include IKEA, Coloplast, DR, SAS, Danske Bank, Jyske Bank and Pen-Sam.

In his spare time Stephan enjoys soccer, tennis, squash and when the opportunity arises also scuba diving. While studying he played rugby at Frederiksberg Rugby Club and achieved 3 Danish Championships and 2 Danish Cups.
