About:

Originally from the small town of Arezzo in Tuscany, Italy, Agnese moved to the city of Milan in 2005 to study Interior Design at Politecnico di Milano. After finishing her bachelor degree in 2008 she decided to move to Dublin, Ireland, for a year, working as a shop assistant to support herself and to further refine her English. During her stay in Dublin, Agnese used her time to develop and narrow down her design vision, which eventually lead her to rethink her career. Upon returning to Italy, she made a change in her education, switching to Product Service System (PSSD) at Politecnico di Milano, where she is currently working on her masters degree.

To me, design is something that goes beyond the product, designers help to fulfill consumers needs without involving tangible products in a sustainable way

In February 2011, Agnese applied for an exchange program in Providence, Rhode Island, USA,
where she attended one semester at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).Once arriving back home she applied for an internship at Future Navigator in Copenhagen, Denmark, where she worked as an intern for 2 months.

Agnese specialises in visual media, including graphics and video design. She has experience in concept development, working with consumer needs and target product /design specifications and solutions.

Her determination and enthusiasm are the main driving forces of her development as a designer,
along with her ability to work with others, always being open to new ideas and inputs. That it takes a positive mindset, combined with methodology to succeed as a designer and to meet the receivers needs.

As much as Agnese believes in working with others, she is not afraid of taking a leadership role when the occasion arrives. To her it is important having the confidence to take charge while still maintaining an open mindset and the ability to listen.

Agnese speaks English, Spanish and Italian.

As a person, Agnese welcomes new challenges and surprises, because to her, every day is an adventure, an opportunity to learn and experience new things…and always with a smile.

To do things differently, we need to perceive things differently
