About:
I believe that each person carries a huge potential but yet so often it is not released. I ask why? The answer is complicated but I see that people in power rarely understand the true value of their people. Therefore my passion lies on discovering the ways to unlock the most of each person’s potential in organizations. I do believe that organizations are for society, not the opposite. There will be a day when they are platforms for people to develop and create positive change and I want to contribute to this shift to happen.
My background is colorful; I grew up in a picturesque farm, in the middle of huge crop fields and galloping horses, in a small country called Estonia. I left home already at the age of 15 and since that time I have found myself in a variety of places- working in a training company, the national Ministry of the Interior, a windsurfing school, a pharmacy business and at the same time doing the university studies and dividing my time between Estonia, Greece and finally Denmark. I have realized there are countless possibilities in the whole big world but only a few things you should really do.
