Mona is a good at generating new ideas and new perspectives. She has very high analytical skills and is yet very intuitive. Having a curious and persistent mind she researches a lot and asks many questions to get to the core of matters. She is detail oriented and always delivers with perfection.

Background:
Mona has a background in corporate communication, human resource management and also is educated in project management. Besides she has studied PR, psychology and epistemology in Madrid for 7 months and been an intern in a global company in Holland. Mona started her working life at a young age taking a leadership trainee in an international company right after graduating high school. Since she has gained experience from many different areas working e.g. with adults with autism in Århus and exploring recruitment and employerbranding in Copenhagen for several years.
